About Our Auction

At Maycie's Place we provide a high quality sale in a comfortable and professional atmosphere. We value our clients and customers at Maycie's Place that is why we reserve the right to refuse sale of any item or start at a minimum price.

We accept cash at our sale and credit cards are charged at 3%, checks are accepted by preapproval before auction only.

More Information on Consignments

When you have an item or an entire estate call us and we will make arrangements to come to you or you to us which ever is more convieient to you. We will then decide how much your estate is worth, what your expectations are, what means of advertising needs to be in place, how we will get the item or estate to Maycie's Place for sale, then we together will decide on an appropriate commision. At the point of sale it takes 3-5 days for you to get paid for your sales as it takes a little time for credit cards and checks to clear the bank. You will get a consignment sheet that lists all of your items for sale in the begining and then with your check you will get tickets for each sale made. At the end of the sale with whatever is left you will come and get it or we will try to resell or we can donate to Teen Challenge which is our local donation center that helps our community.:
